1. Anniversary of the Battle of Leipzig from October 18, 2024 - City of Leipzig

Background:
The Battle of the Nations was one of the largest and most important battles in European history, in which the allied armies of Austria, Prussia, Russia and Sweden fought against the French army under Napoleon Bonaparte. The battle took place from October 14 to 19, 1813 near Leipzig and ended with a decisive victory for the Allies, marking the beginning of the end of Napoleonic rule in Europe.
